ANNCR: Old Style, Chicago’s beer, is proud to present: Great Moments in Cubs Fan History.

SFX:HORN STINGER.

ANNCR:At 7:30am on October 6th, 2003 Kevin Skinner was finally heading home.

KEVIN: I definitely planned on calling in sick.

ANNCR: Kevin was out all night celebrating the Cubs’ division series win.

KEVIN: It was really exciting when we won. The bar went crazy.

GUY1: That guy just kept buying us all rounds of Old Style.

ANNCR: Kevin still hadn’t seen his credit card bill.

KEVIN:When the Cubs pull something like this off, something big, you’ve got to throw one hell of a party.

GUY2:We were all pretty excited but that Kevin guy… he was going nuts.

ANNCR: Kevin had never lost hope, and on that night, it had paid off.

KEVIN: So what? I bought a couple rounds, and I missed out on some sleep? I got to see the Cubbies win in the postseason.

ANNCR:Kevin even managed to make the bartender proud.

BARTENDER: He probably put my kids through college last night. He was getting pretty generous with the tips.

KEVIN:If they had won the World Series, I’d probably be living under an overpass somewhere. It would’ve been worth it though.

ANNCR: Spending money like a woman in a shoestore.  Now that’s Old Style.
